Application and site monitoring is a service offered by QTA whereby we can monitor the proper execution of end-user transactions as well as the performance of those transactions remotely or locally on an around-the-clock basis, as well as monitoring system metrics.

We can notify you of functional failures of key transactions as well as let you know when certain key transactions have fallen below pre-defined service level agreements.

Several tiers of service exist, allowing each client to determine the appropriate service for their needs.
